Looking for old cell phone

Hello! We (family of four) just arrived and will be here through August. One of the cell phones we brought doesn't work here (not quad band?). Does anyone have an old device they are willing to sell? we are in Palermo.

It is cheap to buy a phone device around Pacifico area ( The intersection of Avenida Santa Fe and Avenida Juan B Justo), where the train station is. You can see the train bridge above the avenue.
