Hi, I'm currently a grad student in NYC and will be coming down to BA to study spanish between May 8th and August 20th. Looking to find some cool, young expats that may have a free room or to team up with some people to get a house share. I'm looking for a room in and around $300 per month if that is possible. Any native spanish speakers would be an added bonus as well. Thanks
