Looking for roomate and furnished apartment

Greetings!

I have been living here for two years and renting rooms
in various houses. I do not have a garantia so still
have to pay the tourist prices.
I am looking for someone to rent a decent,
furnished apartment with. I would be looking
for a roomate and place by the end of February.
