Lost Picnic

We wandered the Plaza Italia area for about 90 minutes, carrying cold cuts, chips, soda and delicious pastry. Despite using GPS, placing several phone calls for directions and asking local policeman we couldn't find the picnic.
It was a beautiful day, in a beautiful park and I was carrying delicious food that called to me more and more as we searched for the infamous 'yellow umbrella' and Cancun pirate hat.
Finally we gave in and had a lovely lunch under the trees.
Maybe at next year's picnic we'll have better luck.

I just noticed that the timestamp on my post above is wrong. We got home about 4pm. Not sure how this happened. I'm making this post at 6:30 but when I preview it, it shows about 2 hours earlier.

So sorry you missed us Jeff. A lot of people came some people found it straigh away others had some problems.Once I realised you were in a car I sent you a text howto get there.Glad you had a good lunch in spite of it.The good newsis that people art asking for another one so it might not be a years wait.
