Then last week South Korea's former president was arrested and sentenced to 24 years in jail for accepting bribes & kickbacks during her tenure.

With today's arrest of Pezao, every single person who held the office of governor the state of Rio over the last 20 years is behind bars, including the the current governor (Pezao), who was arrested at the state government office this morning on charges of corruption.

Brazil is not Argentina, and the paths of the two countries are becoming more and more divergent.
