Machupichu trip from BA

Hi,

My friend and I are planning a trip to BA end or March/beginning April. My friend wants to take a side trip to Machupichu. Anyone know about how much airfares are to there when purchased in BA? Total estimated time needed for a trip like this? Long weekend packages from local BA travel agencies? From Kayak.com it looks like fares are around $600.

I just returned from a trip to Cusco and Machu Picchu. I booked thru peruvacationtours.com and they were very accommodating. They even booked my flight for me. For 6 days/5 nights all inclusive plus airfare I ended up paying around US$1500.
