Mailing refills of prescription medicine

(I went googling and found this old post [and discovered this forum in the process], but it is from a few years back and I'm wondering if there is new information to be had.)

I take Vyvanse 30mg for my ADHD, which is a scheduled drug here in the states so only one month's worth can be filled at a time. I was planning on having subsequent refills mailed to me by a friend (from Chicago, if it matters). Does anyone have any tips on how to ensure these get to my BsAs address safe and sound?

pretty sure the advice in that old thread is true. you can't mail drugs.

if you will be here an extended period i'm 99.9% sure you'll need to source them locally
