AFIP will soon be regulating (taxing) the sale of used goods on internet sites like mercado libre.
The resolution apparently applies to habitual sellers who sell more than $5,000 (pesos) in five or more tansactions per period (which I believe is per month). The resolution also requires monthly reporting of "stocks" (invenory) held for resale.
I am not sure how the resolution applies to anyone who sells less than $5,000 per period in less than five transactions or if anyionwho might exceed these thresholds should register in advance.
