Marzipan??

Hoping someone can help.. as they don't have traditional brittish xmas cake here I'm going to make a Brandy filled one this xmas.. I have found the cake ingredients but can anyone tell me where I can find marzipan, almond paste.. for the icing in the end? thank you
OH AND WHILE I'M HERE
I can't find maple syrup and nor can anyone else I have asked.. apart from one in pueyrredon that is aparrently 300p for 50ml
anyone seen better?

marzipan you can get at most places where they sell cake supplies, I get mine at a store on Juncal btw Junin and Ayacucho, ask for mzapan or pasta de almendras.

Nikad, is it both products they have, marzipan and almond paste? I've been searching for real almond paste but they only thing anyone has seen is marzipan, I'll have to check them out.
