Mercado Central En Colegiales?

Hi to all,
Yesterday, a friend and I went to the Mercado Central on the highway to Ezeiza in Tapiales. The deals are unbelievable... up to 75% off the supermarket prices! I heard there is one also in Colegiales on Cramer 475 in Colegiales; I have looked it up and it says it was never opened! And i know no one who has actually ever been.
Has anyone here ever been recently (in the last month or at least this year)? If so, can you compare it to the big mercado central?

Is that the one Alberto Samid was involved in? That they were supposed to open to the public but in the end sounds like it was just yet another shady business deal? The other night on Intratables Samid tried to claim that there was never any intention of opening it to the public, there was something fishy going on with the whole project, but honestly I had never paid much attention to it so can`t help clarify too much:

Everything I have seen said its closed and was never opened!
