This message is on my cell phone and I can't get rid of it.

Mi Personal: Sabias que tu Chip Personal tiene Messenger? Encontralo dentro del menu Mi Personal y empeza a chatear con todos tus amigos. Abrir ahora?

Then there are Cancel and Ok buttons but the Cancel button does nothing.

I think I understand the message but I really don't want Personal putting anything on my phone. Most of time this phone is used on the AT&T network in the US. Since it looks like I have no choice but to click on OK (since the Cancel button does nothing) will I be able to undo anything that this message is going to do?

Well ... the "Home" button worked. So the message is no longer locking up my phone. But I am still wondering what this Messenger service is all about.

About charging you money for these ads. I had my husband call the Customer service repeatedly to get rid of them. They cost me money and I never requested the service, either!

The government has now a number to cancel all ads (that you pay). It works pretty well.
