Mindfulness meditation group forming. Free and open to all. Each 90-minute gathering will include an introduction to meditation, 20 minutes of sitting practice, and then discussion of a topic of interest. No experience necesary. It'll be non-religious, laid back, with focus on Buddhist psychology. Will meet Fridays 7:30pm near Charcas & Escalabrini Ortiz.
