I'm move out end of the month, and am bringing my trusty Nokia with me which will be unlocked.

The question is, what is the best Argentinian Sim card to buy? Preferrably ones that don't charge much for texts (SMS), especially abroad.

You can buy 'pre-paid' sims for about 1 or 2 dollars,

pre-paid isn't cheap in any company: around 0,50 peso each sms, and 0,20 usd for abroad, and in my own experience have been always billed but not always received.
