INFORMATION ON MODIFICATION OF OPERATING PARAMETERS OF LINE 28: NEW CONNECTIVITY WITH JORGE NEWBERY AIRPORT
If you are a user of line 28, or any other line that shares its route, we inform you that, through Resolution 43, dated July 7, 2026, the Secretariat of Transportation of the Ministry of Economy of the Nation, reported the modification of the operating parameters of the aforementioned line, operated by the company DOTASA de Transporte Automotor, with the objective of improving the efficiency of the public service.
The restructuring of line 28 is part of the network improvement process, which seeks to optimize routes, reduce overlaps, reinforce the sections with the highest demand and facilitate combination with other means of transport, guaranteeing a more efficient and balanced service for users.
ROUTE OF LINE 28
Main changes:
● Services linked to route G (formerly branch H) are extended and adapted to reach the Jorge Newbery Airport in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, with the aim of improving connectivity.
● Stops are being added at the Migueletes Technology Park of the National Institute of Industrial Technology for express services, providing greater accessibility and services to users in the area.
● The current F route (UNIVERSITY CITY – LINIERS) and current K route (UNIVERSITY CITY - LINIERS) are eliminated to redistribute the vehicle fleet to the other routes, improving frequency.
The services of line 28 are structured as follows:

Route A : Retiro Bus Terminal Station (Autonomous City of Buenos Aires) - Puente de la Noria Microbus Terminal (Lomas de Zamora District - Province of Buenos Aires), with frequencies between 7.5 and 10.4 minutes.
Route B : Retiro Bus Terminal Station (Autonomous City of Buenos Aires) - Liniers (Autonomous City of Buenos Aires), with frequencies between 15.5 and 24 minutes.
Route C : Retiro Bus Terminal Station (Autonomous City of Buenos Aires) - José Hernández Neighborhood (La Matanza District - Province of Buenos Aires), with frequencies between 13.5 and 17.5 minutes.
Route D : University City (Autonomous City of Buenos Aires) - Ezequiel Demonty Bridge (formerly Alsina Bridge) (Autonomous City of Buenos Aires), with frequencies between 10 and 14.5 minutes.
Route E : Rivadavia Station (Mitre Line - Autonomous City of Buenos Aires) - Ezequiel Demonty Bridge (formerly Alsina Bridge) (Autonomous City of Buenos Aires), with frequencies between 8 and 11 minutes.
Route F : Ezequiel Demonty Bridge (formerly Alsina Bridge) (Autonomous City of Buenos Aires) - José Hernández Neighborhood (La Matanza District - Province of Buenos Aires), with frequencies between 12 and 18 minutes.
