Quite a bit of Argentine owned property is suddenly up for sale here in Uruguay. Given that over the last 2 to3 years property prices here have doubled or tripled due to Argentine flight capital buying, and about 70% of vacation homes here are owned by Argentines, it looks as it's going to be a buyers market here for the foreseeable future.
