Need Apartment in Inner City for 5 Months

Hi,

Very reliable American woman would like to rent a one or two bedroom apartment in central Buenos Aires, perhaps San Telmo, or one of the Palermos, even Belgrano if it´s close to shops and restaurants.

I would like it to be homey and comfortable with air conditioning. A balcony is a plus.

I would also be willing to rent and house sit, caring for pets and plants. A sublet is also a possibility.

My schedule is rather flexible.

those barrios are radically different, so i would advise doing some research

Hello Victoria,

I have a 2 bedroom appartment in Recoleta (Pueyrredon & Juncal) which is very close to all the shops, the metro, and is brand new. Is on a 14 th floor, with a balcony very sunny, and it also has barbacue area, pool, and 2 splits for AC.
