Need apt in Recoleta/Palermo from end of July

A couple with no "bad" habits is searching to rent an apartment to move in from end of July for 3-4 months. We are interested in 1bedroom clean and sunny place with furniture for a 550-650 usd monthly including all fees. Preferably in Recoleta (Barrio Norte) and Palermo.
