Need To Borrow A Stroller For A Toddler

I've got family who are visiting and brought their 3 year old son. He outgrew his baby stroller and we're having a hard time walking around the city since he doesn't want to carried. does anyone have a stroller for a toddler that I can borrow or rent asap until monday? thanks! I live in the Recoleta area but don't mind traveling a little to get it.
