I have been told that there is a group organising for items to be brought to BS As. I need some suppliments from Amazon things like CoQ 10 & extra strength Omega 3.
Can you help me with this?

WIsh I'd of read this before I came down. I brought my stuff for 3 months because I know how hard it is here. Still, I am needing like plant based protein and macro greens. If you find anything out let me know.
