needed Moon Handbook Pacific Coast of Mexico

Hi, we are planning a trip to the pacific coast of mexico and are looking for the Moon Handbook. Does anyone have a copy they want to lend or sell?
Also, any suggestions on where to go, how to get around, where to stay, etc are very welcome. We are spending one week going up the coast from Ixtapa to Puerto Vallarta.
