Perhaps Bajo can expand on this issue, new regulations apply , for Minors Argentine's and Foreigners?
Minors form 13 to 16 must give their Express/Willing consent to leave the country
Minors under 16 OF Adolescent Parents need approval of One Grandparent?? ? and if Parents not married both GrandParents?
