There is a group of English speaking locals, expats and visitors that meets every Friday evening at a self service restaurant at Cabildo 2931. Cabildo is an extension of Av Santa Fe This place is at the last stop of the "D" Subte (metro) line. We meet upstairs on the mezzanine.
Two gentlemen, who come often, are Russian born.
