New Internet Service

I just moved into an apartment and had Fibertel install Internet today. The previous renters left a D-Link router in the apartment. Fibertel was not able to get the WIFI working since I don't have a password for the router. Anybody have any suggestions. Thanks,

You should be able to reset the router. Usually there's a button in the back that you press for like 10 or so seconds. It resets it to the factory defaults.

As in above post, reset.. then username: admin password:admin to configure
