new mercer cost of living figures 2009

in the more detailed mercer cost of living list. buenos aires ranks 112 for 2009. i believe that is a big change from the previous 2008 year at 138. its change is mostly due to inflation as far as i can read into it and to the lowering in other cities of their cost of living due to the major drop in real estate prices elsewhere.
