New place in Palermo Hollywood

I'm working in a new bar in Palermo Hollywood called Dudui, and I would like to invite all the expats in Buenos Aires to come and enjoy a drink here. There are a lot of different nationalities coming to the bar already. And the owner is Dutch. It is on Costa Rica, at the corner with Bonpland.

Wow, a Dutch (owned) bar!

How does the owner's nationality affect the atmosphere?

Are there little windmills in the mixed drinks instead of umbrellas?
