New record price for an Argentinean artist

Hyper realism seems to be the new "thing" now, no? Those supermarket photographs sold a few millions a couple years ago. (Title 99 cents)

ETA: Wait, is that Ditsch a painting?????
 
It's actually quite beautiful. There is another hyper realist (I think, if I have my art terms correct...) that I like. His name is Gabriel Berlusconi.
I'd really like one (or three) of his!
