New Rental Law

Could someone tell me exactly what the new rental law says? Is a minimum lease now THREE years? What are the major changes? Thanks.

The new rental law, as far as I understand (I´m a local attorney but not specialized in this subject), is a project that was approved by the senate. It means that the dipute chamber has to approved later and, if approved, the President has to enact or veto it.

So apparently, it has not been enacted...What will the new law provide if enacted?
Any new substantive changes?

The diputies chamber can change it and the President can veto it partially, and, everything imagining that it is approved. So, who know? Nobody.
