New York city gets hit with a power outage/ blackout.

This happen just yesterday. NYC got hit with a power outage / Blackout. Mostly in Manhattan.
If it can happen there it can happen anywhere.

A city where the rich don't give a thought to energy conservation in their million-dollar apartments with every imaginable electrical convenience and electronic device. Consumption is the name of the game -- after all, they can pay for it.
 
During the blackout Broadway actors came out on the street to finish their performances. What happens during a blackout in Buenos Aires?
