No Fibertel internet in 3 days

Internet went down three days ago. Others affected in building. I call Fibertel and get contradictory responses. Still no service. What can I do?

I had the same problem with Fibertel when I moved here. Switched to Telecentro. Problem solved.

If you have a smartphone you can install a tethering app and use your cell phone as a WiFi hot spot until the issue is resolved. You may already be doing this but I wanted to post this just in case.

Not sure I am on Andriod and have a few different ones. Search the IOS APP store I am sure there a few options.
