No mas "Free Events?"

When I arrived in November it seemed as if there were a load of free events in the city. Now, I almost never see any advertised. Is it because of summer or the economy?

still plenty, but of course not as much as in the summer. check the city webpage.

Summer's over. Free events tend to be outdoors, outside of summer they tend to be just on the big holidays (put on concerts on 9 de julio). You just have to keep your eye on the agenda from the city web site.
