Hello,
My name is Robin and I am from Sacramento, California. (hence the nor-cal) Im of course "new" to this EXPAT thing and i must say i cant believe i didn't join a month ago! So much great information and its nice to know there are others out there as new as i am. My husband I, both early 30's, moved here in July and we will be here for one to two years. So far, for me it has been a rough start trying to master BA living and of course the language. I am hoping to make some good connections and perhaps some new friends. Its been fun so far going out for dinner and drinks at 10 not 6
however it would be even more fun if we could share it with a group. We love wine and even talking about wine or entertaining at our house for dinner. Needless to say we miss the small gatherings we would have frequently in California and would love to meet some people/ new friends to build new memories here in Buenos Aires. Hope to hear and learn from whoever is out there!
