I'm a NZ businessman looking for a character furnished apartment (como estilo Frances, PH, ultra-modern, etc) from 1 January 2012.
My prefered areas are Botanico, Recoleta, Barrio Norte, & Retiro. I'm a non-drinker, live quietly and am an all-round ideal tenant (modest too!).
I'm seeking two bedrooms (could consider one if the apartment is super-special), Internet de banda ancha, local telephone line, TV cable, balcony and views (that is to say nada contrafrente) and for the rent to cover all the outgoings.
I'm not interested in any contract that requires payment in dollars but obviously can pay a corresponding value in pesos at an agreed exchange-rate or alternatively I can pay rent by bank transfer to a foreign bank.
