Have noticed that the porteros have a mania to polish Bronze items , as a mater of fact they spend like 80 % of their time labouring on the ground floor to be seen as hard working. The upper floors get little attention.
The Intercom buttons, the entrance bronze door knobs, the bronze tables at the reception , every bronze item inside the elevator, requires daily polishing...!! Also the entrance ceramic floor needs waxing every day..!
They get a kickback from the Bronze Polish supplier..?
