My recent girlfriend rented a loft apartment right next to Sarkis for 5+ weeks covering October and a little on the fringes. I have to say that this part of Villa Crespo is pretty nice. I took the Subte B some and got off at the Malabia station and then cut through to Thames & Jufre and I got the feeling that "Palermo Queens" is what "Palermo Soho" was back in ~'05. Only 5 times more expensive.

Good luck

Villa Crespo is a very nice area, and for that price you should have no trouble finding someone to rent it. I am curious though, does the rent include all utilities (water, gas, electric)?

Best of luck

Thank you Napoleon I like that neighborhood a lot I lived there for 10 years. Now that I live in Monserrat I can tell the difference...

Hello Napoleon

I like Villa Crespo now even more that I live in Monserrat. Regarding prices I try to keep the price as low as possible as Iam interested in long rentals but is not so easy covering expenses and cable.
regards
Reina
