So Im russian, lived in Washington most of my life and am now living in argentina with my parents and some relatives for about a year near mar del plata. Just wanted to say what up!
Hey, well I only lived IN Mar del plata for two months, but it seemed pretty dirty too me, not too good of a first impression, but I live in balcarce, which is about an hour away, and its a lot quieter and smaller, so to me, its pretty cool =)
