About the neighbourhood: upscale Barrio Norte area is actually the very center residential hub of the city. Security 24h, night watcher,one block from Subway Pueyrredon (Avenida Santa Fe # Av Pueyrredon)
Accordingly I offer for a reasonable rent:
I can rent by 2 weeks or month
2 weeks (minimum stay): 500us
1 month: 900 us. Security deposit: 1 Month
