Package Stuck at Ezezia

A package sent to me by FedEx from the US is being held at Ezezia because it includes prescription medication.
Some info I've seen on Google indicates that I need a "despechante de Aduana," but I've heard that they only handle large commercial shipments.
This is six kilos and I live in Argentina. The FedEx phone number cuts me off.
Any ideas?

Hey Edmund, curious how you sorted this out in the end.

I've got a package of my own clothes and some ramen - stuck at Ezeiza as well, and willing to pay a despachante/agent if that ensures the package gets delivered. If it's just paying for more headache, I'll just have the package sent back to Canada.
