It's a modern studio in a building close on Armenia between Guatemala and Paraguay. Perfect location close to Plaza Armenia, and on the same block as a Disco.

-2nd floor internal, no street noise, still tons of light and partial view.
-kitchenette with small fridge.
-coin operated laundry in the building
The owner doesn't require a garantia, just a one-year contract in pesos, with a month and a half deposit. Rent is currently 1900 + 430 expensas. In January I believe he is raising the rent 25%.
