There are a couple of restaurant in BsAs offering recipes from Sardinia. I think I saw one in San Telmo and the other one is La Locanda in Recoleta. I believe pan carasau is a must for any Sardinian restaurant, but being so much work, will it be worth it? There are some recipes to do it at home, like this one.
In other places of Italy there is a similar thing called carta musica (lit. music paper), because it is as thin as a music sheet.
