Paraguay Refuses Pesos

I also read recently that there is a thriving black market for dollars.

Having returned to North America, I'm curious how both the expats and the locals are feeling about the increasingly shakey peso?

I remember a paper I wrote back in the 80's that showed that Argentina was then paying twice as much than Brazil for paraguayan energy. I wonder where the difference in price went...:cool:
