For our Buenos Aires office, 5CA is currently seeking a highly-motivated social media expert to fill a part-time Community Manager role for two days a week. The position offers visa sponsorship, quality healthcare, and very good salary based on Argentinean market standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate corporate social media channels for our clients, such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Provide Technical Support & Customer Care services to customers through social media platforms.
  • Be able to grasp the right tone of voice on social media, both to represent our clients’ brands and service the customer.
  • Work with the 5CA Sales Team to understand client goals, requirements, and current marketing plans.
Core competencies:
  • Natural communicator;
  • Enthusiastic, and positive self-starter who can work both independently and within a team;
  • Excellent knowledge of social media channels;
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
Requirements:
  • BS or BA degree in economics or business, specialty in marketing/communications preferred
  • Native (or near-native) English language speaker and speaking at least one other language
  • At least one year of experience in social media, writing/editing, online publishing, or related field.
  • Living in Buenos Aires, Argentina or able and willing to relocate
  • Available two days a week, 10:00-19:00 (EXCLUDING FACTOR)
  • The right candidate will be internet and tech savvy with an understanding of social networking sites, chat rooms, blogs, and other consumer communities.
