If anyone wants to buy some I found a place in Palermo that sells them. They're 50 pesos and you don't need any identification to buy them.

It's a store that sells military gear on Humbolt between Santa Fe and Charcas.

I'm actually home baking my own pepper spray which will now be made available to the public in three flavours:

does "made available to the public" mean "blasted towards retinas at 80 mph" ? :D
