Pet microchipping in BA

Well after over 4 years living here in BA I think my time is coming to an end. I know people have asked about transporting pets on here in other threads. I'm planning on taking my two cats back with me (I'm from N Ireland). I've looked into it and have quotes from a few pet travel agencies which I was pleasantly surprised by I had been expecting to shell out a lot more. I need to have them microchipped and my local vet was no help at all, anyone have experience of this and know where I can have this done?

Call Federico at http://www.housecallvet.com.ar -- he is our vet and he micro-chipped our cat when we got her. He even did the online registration for us. Highly recommended.

Would you mind passing me the details of your pet travel agencies. I've been thinking of doing the same thing (but to Heathrow) in a few months time.

We had it done a couple of years ago. I dont remember the cost, but remember thinking it was rather inexpensive and a simple process.
