I like to listen to podcasts when I run and usually listen to stuff related to news, history, arts (60 minutes, fresh air, hard core history are some of my favorites.) I'd really like to listen to podcasts in Spanish, but despite searching can't find anything I like too much. Does anyone listed to podcast in Spanish and could make a recommendation. I am NOT looking for Spanish lessons, classes, but rather a program that Spanish speaking people might listen to. Also, doesn't have to be an Argentine podcast, could be from Spain, Mexico, wherever.

Any recommendations appreciated. Thanks!

Not podcasts but documentaries -- http://www.rtve.es/documentales/

Radio Ambulantes, essentially This American Life in Spanish: http://radioambulante.org/

Docufilia: http://www.ivoox.com/podcast-docufilia_sq_f1115814_1.html#

Other documentaries (visual) http://miradocumentales.com/page/2

I find the documentaries are simply a matter of finding a subject that doesn`t really need too much visual and I can work with them on (I have dual monitors so usually just have a documentary playing on one and my work on the other. Netflix has added a tonne more but haven`t explored yet to see what is oing on with Spanish content.

Then you have a whole bunch of Argentine radio stations you can tune into

some great recommendations here. thanks. i noticed radio ambulantes has some written transcriptions for some of the programs which could be helpful too.

Search for "RTVE - Radiotelevisión Española" More podcasts than you could listen to in a lifetime.

One that I listen to a lot is "Un dioma sin fronteras." "A hombes de gigantes" is another one that deals with science/technology. They are grouped by category, so it should be easy to find something you are interested in.
