Poker At Casino Buenos Aires?

I am a newbie to this site who is planning a 6 month sabbatical in BA starting later this year. I am also a semi-professional poker player here in the states, and I was wondering if anyone could give me some information regarding the poker scene in BA. I have read mixed reviews about the casino in Puerto Madero. Some people say it's one of the best poker rooms in South America, while others say it's a waste of time. I would especially be interested in feedback from experienced poker players regarding the quality of the players and the rake structure. In other words, is the competition weak enough and the rake low enough that grinding cash games could be a source of a significant portion of my living expenses while I'm down there?
