Pregnant - English speaking doctor required!

I am 12 weeks pregnant and would love some help if anyone could recommend a good english speaking doctor.

Also looking for any maternity shops (specifically right now a body pillow as I cannot sleep), I need maternity clothes desperately as I don't fit into anything here as the sizes are so tiny, and some good baby shops.

Congrats Jo! I'm 29 weeks along and my doctor is great and speaks perfect English. I'm not sure if he is accepting new patients as he does clinical work, has a TV show, and practices, but it doesn't hurt to ask. He's at the Instituto Diagnostico on Marcelo T Alvear and Larrea.
