I recently moved here to BA after spending most of my life in New Orleans, Southern California, and NYC where I studied classic french culinary arts. I've worked at numerous restaurants mostly preparing french, cajun/creole/southern, and mexican foods. I continued studying in NYC with an emphasis on maintaining balance through food, an eastern approach that I've found very successful. I've worked privately with a handful of families in Manhattan and Brooklyn and hope to do the same here. I am also available for private parties, office lunches, as well as cooking lessons.
