My partner asked me to post the following on BAexpats for anyone who is interested in finding a Spanish tutor at an affordable rate (and willing to be guinea pig for him to gain experience as a tutor).
Hi, I'm Fernando. I am a native Argentine studying full time at the Joaquín V. González teachers college to be a high school Spanish teacher. I am looking for students who would be interested in helping me gain experience as a private Spanish tutor. As I am relatively new to tutoring, I am offering a low rate of $25 pesos / hour. We can use the study guides provided by the UBA or any other books you may have. I am happy to tailor classes to your needs and can teach anything from grammar and vocabulary to conversation and real life situations. I am located in Belgrano, where we can meet at my place or a nearby café. I have a number of expats who I have worked with in the past and would be happy to provide references.
