Greetings

I would like to start a discussion and get feedback on the new property boom in Villa Urquiza.

It seems because of the new Subte B line station coming there, that neighborhood is booming and lot of new buildings are coming there.

Many decent properties for 120k usd which are under construction and may be worth 160K in 2 years time at time of delivery.

Does anyone has any opionion ( good or bad) on these topics?

1. Villa Urquiza to live as such?

2. Properties which are under construction in CABA. Do they deliver in time and at same quality as they promised?

3. Will this neighborhood boom, in the future?

4. Penalties ( tax etc) or pitfalls for foreigners with no DNI or residency buying them?

5. if you had 120K to spare, will you indulge in it?

Thoughts?

Could be, that there will be a lot of black outs. They are multiplying consumption but usually not electrify network as well.

I looked at a couple houses there and tried to rent one(someone else beat me to placing a deposit). It's a nice area, a little over developed in my opinion. Sort of a Palermo Hollywood feel.
