I own a depto in the Barrio Norte area. I have had a renter for the past 6 years, who is now departing. Given the COVID restrictions, I am unable to "check out" my renter in person. Are there any recommended property managers in this group who can help? Essentially I am looking for someone to check out the renter and be available in case the vacant apartment has an issue.
